Process

From requirement to delivery.

Four steps. Every step documented. Every quote in writing, every delivery with the compliance paperwork your procurement office needs on the first shipment.

What you get

Documentation, not promises.

  • Line-item written quote
  • US country-of-origin certificate per SKU
  • Berry Amendment textile certification
  • Buy American Act compliance statement
  • GSA Schedule contract number
The four steps

How ordering works.

01

Share the requirement

Send the SKU list, spec sheet, contract vehicle, or just the product category. We confirm sourcing and US manufacture before we quote — so you never receive a quote for something we can't actually supply as American-made.

Deliverable: sourcing confirmation + lead time estimate.

02

Get a written quote

Line-item pricing, lead times, and compliance documentation — including Buy American and Berry Amendment certificates, and the GSA Schedule contract number where applicable. No verbal pricing, no verbal compliance.

Deliverable: written quote + compliance packet.

03

Confirm and schedule

Purchase order, contract, or credit card. Delivery scheduled to the site, the dock, or the individual destination. We confirm the delivery window in writing before the first item ships.

Deliverable: confirmed PO + delivery schedule.

04

Delivered with paperwork

Product arrives with the compliance documentation your procurement office requires — country-of-origin certificate per SKU, Berry Amendment certification where applicable, Buy American statement. No follow-up request needed.

Deliverable: delivered product + documentation packet.

The delivery date we commit to is the date we hit.

If we miss a committed delivery date for a reason within our control, the freight is on us. We quote conservatively so the date we give you is the date you can build a schedule around.

What we need from you

The four things that speed up a quote.

01 · Requirement

What you need

SKU list, spec sheet, or product category. A photo, a part number, or a description works.

02 · Quantity

How much

Per line item or total. If you're unsure, an approximate range is enough to start.

03 · Timeline

When it's needed

The in-hand date, not the ship date. We schedule backward from that date.

04 · Destination

Where it ships

One dock or many sites. If multi-site, an address list or a per-site quantity breakdown.
